Fulfilment Operations Team Leader

About the role

The Fulfilment Operations Team Leader drives the efficiency and safety of IKEA's overnight fulfilment area. Working the 1:30 am‑12 pm shift, you will lead a diverse team to ensure high product availability while keeping costs low.

Key responsibilities

• Lead co‑workers in the assigned area to maintain operational readiness and optimal goods availability.
• Recruit, retain, develop and coach team members to build a high‑performing, diverse workforce.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment in line with IKEA Code of Conduct and local health‑safety regulations.
• Plan shifts, equipment and workload to meet daily volume targets and seasonal demand.
• Drive quality awareness, reduce damages and support sustainability initiatives within the unit.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of managerial experience leading a team.
• Ability to work overnight hours (1:30 am‑12 pm).
