Frontend Software Engineer

About the role

As a Frontend Engineer at Cambio, you will play a critical role in crafting and implementing our software platform's user interface. Your mission is to build intuitive, responsive, and performant web applications that bring our decarbonization platform to life. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to turn UI/UX designs and product requirements into polished, accessible interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers to create technical requirements, designs, and test plans for the web application.
• Develop maintainable software focused on graceful error handling and exceptional user experiences.
• Conduct thorough testing, including building automated test suites to ensure functionality.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of web development experience with frameworks such as ReactJS or VueJS.
• Solution‑oriented mindset, able to evaluate multiple approaches and choose the best.
• Understanding of technical trade‑offs and the YAGNI principle.
• Strong computer‑science fundamentals and algorithmic knowledge.
