Frontend Developer – React & Next.js

About the role

Modall is a fast‑moving software development agency in Uxbridge, Ontario. The company builds MVPs, AI applications, SaaS platforms and mobile apps for large enterprises, athletes and Web3 pioneers. They are looking for a hands‑on Frontend Developer who will work directly with the founders to deliver production‑ready features.

Key responsibilities

• Build dynamic, responsive web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS.
• Collaborate onsite with the team to translate concepts into clean, production‑ready UIs.
• Own individual project modules from design to deployment, choosing the best implementation approach.
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility and cross‑device compatibility.

Required profile

• Strong visual sense – you care about pixel‑perfect UI implementation.
• High agency – you solve bugs independently without micromanagement.
• Motivated to build cutting‑edge products in AI, Web3 or SaaS.

Required skills

• Proven proficiency in React and Next.js.
• Experience with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS and React Native (preferred).
• Comfortable using GitHub for version control.
• Ability to turn Figma designs into robust code.
• Familiarity with Node.js, Prisma ORM and PostgreSQL.
