About the role

Join a locally owned Shoppers Drug Mart store in London, ON as a Front Store Supervisor. This part‑time, flexible‑shift role oversees customer service, cash handling and merchandising to keep the store running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer service functions, including cash registers, cashiers and merchandising.
• Ensure cashier and merchandising staff follow store policies, provide training and ongoing guidance.
• Implement loss‑prevention standards, oversee daily cash office inventory and PC Optimum procedures.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve refunds or exchanges, and promote the CSI Survey.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves, proper product rotation and set up displays as directed.
• Perform general duties such as housekeeping, health‑and‑safety compliance and occasional clerical or banking tasks.

Required profile

• Strong planning, judgement and decision‑making abilities.
• Independent thinking and problem‑solving to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Excellent organization and efficient time‑management skills.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of store products and supplies.
• Ability to train and guide staff in job functions.
