Front Store Supervisor – Part‑Time Evening

About the role

Join a locally owned and operated Shoppers Drug Mart store to deliver health, beauty and convenience services to the community while keeping the customer at the centre of everything you do.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer service functions, including cash handling, cashiers and merchandising.
• Train and guide cashier and merchandising staff on job functions and store policies.
• Implement loss‑prevention standards, oversee daily cash office inventory and cashier tracking.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues such as refunds or exchanges, and promote the CSI Survey.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves with proper product rotation and set up product displays as directed.
• Ensure store image, housekeeping standards and health‑and‑safety requirements are met.
• Perform clerical, banking and occasional cashier duties as needed.

Required profile

• Strong planning, judgement and decision‑making abilities.
• Independent thinker with problem‑solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Computer literate with efficient time‑management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of store products and supplies.
