Front Store Supervisor – Part‑Time Evening

About the role

We are looking for a Front Store Supervisor to lead the evening shift at our Bedford location. This part‑time role ensures smooth customer service, cash handling and merchandising while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee cashiers, cash handling and daily cash office inventory.
• Train and guide cashiers and merchandisers on store policies and procedures.
• Implement loss‑prevention standards and monitor PC Optimum processes.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer product inquiries and resolve refunds or exchanges.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves and set up product displays as directed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and uniform policies.
• Perform clerical and banking duties and step in as a cashier when needed.

Required profile

• Strong planning, judgement and decision‑making abilities.
• Independent thinker with solid problem‑solving skills.
• Organised with efficient time‑management.
• Good knowledge of store products and supplies.
