Front Store Supervisor – Part Time, Flexible Shifts

About the role

The Front Store Supervisor leads the customer‑service team in a locally owned Shoppers Drug Mart store in Saskatoon. This part‑time, flexible‑shift position is responsible for cash handling, merchandising and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure cashier and merchandising staff follow all store policies and operating procedures.
• Train and provide ongoing guidance to cashiers and merchandisers.
• Implement loss‑prevention standards, manage daily cash office inventory and cashier tracking.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues, including refunds and exchanges, according to guidelines.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves with proper product rotation and set up displays as directed.
• Uphold store image, housekeeping standards and health‑and‑safety requirements.
• Perform clerical, banking and occasional cashier duties as needed.

Required profile

• Strong planning, judgement and decision‑making abilities.
• Independent thinking for organizing store operations.
• Effective problem‑solving to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Computer literacy and organized, efficient time‑management skills.
• Knowledge of store products and supplies.
