Front Store Supervisor – Full-Time, Flexible Shifts

About the role

The Front Store Supervisor leads the customer‑service team in a Shoppers Drug Mart location, ensuring smooth cash operations, merchandising, and a welcoming store environment. This full‑time, flexible‑shift position is based in Calgary and reports to the Assistant or Store Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cash office, cashier tracking, and daily inventory while adhering to loss‑prevention standards.
• Train, coach, and guide cashiers and merchandisers on store policies, procedures, and job functions.
• Maintain store image, uniform compliance, and housekeeping standards.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues such as refunds or exchanges, and promote the CSI Survey.
• Ensure shelves are clean, organized, and properly rotated; set up and take down product displays as directed.
• Perform clerical and banking duties as needed, including occasional cashier work.

Required profile

• Strong judgment, decision‑making, and independent thinking for store organization.
• Problem‑solving ability to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Organized with efficient time‑management skills.
• Computer literate and comfortable using store systems.
