Front Store Consultant – Home Health Care

About the role

Join Lawtons as a Front Store Consultant in Home Health Care, delivering friendly and professional service to customers in Dartmouth. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking home health care products and services, ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service to meet customer needs
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer while following company policies and procedures
• Manage lotto services and lottery ticket sales
• Process utility payments, rentals, and other transactions
• Perform negative transactions such as refunds or returns
• Assist in Front End Department functions and support inventory replenishment
• Maintain the customer service desk area and ensure cleanliness
• Assist other departments and functions as required
• Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards
• Perform administrative duties as required

Required profile

• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Partial high school education
• No previous experience required
