Fresh Coach – Store Management Role

About the role

The Fresh Coach joins the Store Management Team at Walmart Canada in Cowansville, leading a department to drive profitable sales, deliver excellent customer experiences, and support community initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze sales and financial reports, economic trends, and community needs to adjust strategies and control expenditures.
• Develop operational plans with the Management Team, prioritize tasks, and guide Department Managers and Associates.
• Maintain optimal store conditions through effective merchandise presentation, competitive pricing, and adherence to company policies.
• Implement new store programs, evaluate their effectiveness, and ensure cross‑training across all store areas.
• Execute and monitor asset protection, safety controls, and quality assurance standards while ensuring compliance with Walmart policies.
• Support community initiatives, participate in events, and foster relationships with local groups.
• Lead regular store meetings, communicate operational direction, recognize achievements, and provide development opportunities for associates.
