About the role
Mindrift is looking for English‑speaking freelancers to help train and improve AI models. As an AI Trainer – Annotator you will evaluate AI‑generated responses and provide detailed feedback that shapes how the system understands real‑world tasks such as online shopping.
Key responsibilities
- Assess AI responses across various scenarios, especially e‑commerce and shopping experiences.
- Provide honest, detailed feedback to enhance model performance.
- Follow established style and quality guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance Specialists to refine content.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of one year of professional or academic experience.
- Strong written English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
- Reliable internet connection.
