Frame Table Operator – Woodworking

About the role

Join Folkgraphis Frames as a Frame Table Operator in our Edmonton facility, where you will help produce high‑quality wood frames for furniture and other wood products. You will work in a fast‑paced, noisy and dusty environment, operating both computerized and manual woodworking equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, program and operate one or more computerized or manual woodworking machines.
• Run gluing machines to bond wood pieces or apply veneer.
• Operate special‑purpose woodworking machines to fabricate wood components.
• Read and interpret specifications or follow verbal instructions.
• Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment regularly.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in a wood‑products manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work in a noisy, dusty environment and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand‑eye coordination, and the stamina to stand for extended periods.
