About the role

Borderland Co‑op is hiring a Food Store Manager for its Moosomin Food Store. You will lead the store’s overall operation, overseeing financial performance, inventory, staffing, safety and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the successful operation of the Moosomin Food Store, managing financial performance, inventory, staffing, safety and customer service.
• Develop and support a high‑performing team, maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Drive sales through effective merchandising, pricing and customer loyalty initiatives.

Required profile

• 6–9 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years leading leaders in a retail food environment.
• Experience managing within a co‑operative retail system is an asset.
• Proven ability to lead a team with a strong focus on customer service.
• Honest, trustworthy, results‑oriented and collaborative.
