Food Services Manager

About the role

The Food Services Manager will oversee daily operations of the Booster Juice location in St. Albert, ensuring profitability, quality service, and compliance with health and safety standards. This role combines budgeting, staff leadership, and customer focus to drive a successful restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and develop budgets for food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
• Monitor revenues, labour costs and adjust menu prices and preparation methods accordingly.
• Plan, organize and supervise daily restaurant operations, including inventory management and health‑safety compliance.
• Recruit, schedule, train, and evaluate staff performance, conducting performance reviews.
• Balance cash, complete balance sheets and cash reports.
• Negotiate with suppliers and participate in marketing initiatives.
• Address customer complaints and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and stand for extended periods.
• Team player with flexibility and reliability.
