About the role
The Food Services Manager will lead daily food service operations, ensuring high-quality service and efficient production. This position reports to senior management and works closely with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to meet guest expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and internal staff.
- Monitor quality and production levels to maintain standards.
- Supervise, train, and schedule crew members.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Required profile
- College or CEGEP diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field (1‑2 year program).
- 2 to less than 3 years of experience in food services or a similar operational role.
- Availability to start on the date listed in the posting.
