Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front‑line staff, assign stations, manage breaks, and ensure proper staffing levels.
• Open and close the restaurant, following safe cash‑handling and security procedures.
• Address operational, staff, or guest concerns calmly and professionally.
• Support training, coaching, and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Complete shift documentation, inventory counts, and waste monitoring.
• Assist with basic food and labour cost control and routine administrative tasks.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests.

Required profile

• Reliable and experienced in food‑service or restaurant environments.
• Values responsibility, takes pride in work, and seeks long‑term stable employment.
• Willing to work 32‑40 hours per week, including opening and closing shifts.
• Ability to lead a team, solve problems quickly, and maintain high service standards.
