About the role
We are looking for a Food Service Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Domino's Pizza location in Trail, BC. The role involves establishing work schedules, estimating ingredient and supply needs, hiring staff, ensuring quality control, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
Key responsibilities
- Establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Hire and train food service staff.
- Ensure food and service meet quality control standards.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Supervise and check assembly of trays.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of food service supervisory experience.
