About the role
We are looking for a Food Service Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our fast‑food outlet at Terrace Food Court in Niagara Falls. You will ensure smooth service, high quality standards and a positive experience for both customers and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain work schedules and methods to meet service demands.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of 5‑10 staff members who prepare and portion food.
- Train employees on job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs and manage inventory records.
- Hire new food‑service staff and address customer complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, and prepare reports.
Required profile
- College, CEGEP or comparable certificate/diploma (3 months to < 1 year) or equivalent experience.
- 1‑2 years of experience in a food‑service or fast‑food environment.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, pressure‑filled setting with flexibility for morning, evening, night and weekend shifts.
- Strong client focus, dependability and initiative as a team player.
