About the role
We are looking for a Food Service Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our fast‑food outlet in Rocky Mountain House. You will ensure that food preparation, service, and safety standards meet our brand’s quality expectations while supporting a small team of staff.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and manage work schedules for a team of 3‑4 staff members.
- Supervise and coordinate food preparation, portioning, and service activities.
- Train employees on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs and maintain stock records.
- Monitor food quality and service, address customer complaints, and ensure compliance with quality control standards.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, waste, and operational performance.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation (high school diploma).
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast‑food or concession setting.
- Strong client focus, excellent oral communication, and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility, teamwork orientation, and attention to detail.
