About the role
Join Potato Corner in Winnipeg as a Food Counter Attendant. You will prepare and serve simple food items, keep the service area clean, and provide friendly service to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize dishes, carts, waste units, tables, trays and chairs.
- Operate dishwashers and hand‑wash glassware, flatware and other items.
- Replenish condiments, supplies and stock refrigerators and salad bars.
- Take customer orders, portion, wrap and package take‑out food.
- Prepare, heat and finish simple food items using manual and electrical appliances.
- Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers and cupboards.
- Maintain clean kitchen work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas and equipment.
- Handle cleaning products safely and remove kitchen garbage.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- No prior experience required – training will be provided.
- Availability for early‑morning, evening, day or weekend shifts.
