Food Counter Attendant (Full‑time)

About the role

Join the team at Tim Hortons as a Food Counter Attendant, where you will play a key part in delivering a friendly and efficient service to customers. This full‑time, permanent position offers a supportive environment with on‑the‑job training for individuals without prior experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take customer orders at the counter and serve food and beverages.
• Prepare, heat, portion, wrap, and package simple food items.
• Maintain accurate records of food quantities used.
• Stock refrigerators, salad bars, and display cases.
• Operate manual and electrical kitchen appliances for cleaning, peeling, slicing, and trimming food.
• Ensure the counter and dining area are clean and well‑presented.

Required profile

• Ability to work mornings, evenings, days, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Willingness to learn and follow training on food safety and service standards.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle food items.

Required skills

• Basic use of kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, slicers, microwaves).
