Food & Beverage Server – Restaurant

About the role

Join EGGS AND CO CANADA as a Food & Beverage Server in a busy rural restaurant. You will interact directly with guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience while handling orders, payments, and table service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patrons, present menus, describe daily specials and advise on selections.
• Take orders, relay them to kitchen and bar staff, and serve food and beverages.
• Prepare and serve specialty dishes at the table, clear and clean tables, trays and chairs.
• Present bills, accept cash, credit/debit cards, and process payments.
• Balance cash drawers, record sales and handle gratuities.
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• Strong client focus, excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment, standing for long periods and lifting up to 9 kg.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and overtime.
