Food & Beverage Processing Labourer

About the role

We are looking for a reliable labourer to join our food and beverage processing team at a meat packing plant in Calgary. The role involves supporting daily operations in a hot, fast‑paced environment with no prior experience required – training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Feed and unload processing machines.
• Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain food safety standards.
• Handle heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lb) and move products safely.
• Perform repetitive tasks such as standing, bending, crouching, and kneeling for extended periods.
• Work under pressure to meet production targets, including early‑morning and day shifts.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a hot environment and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and hand‑eye coordination.
• Reliability and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to work early‑morning or day shifts, with overtime as needed.
