Floor Leader – Kitsilano Store

About the role

Bailey Nelson is looking for a Floor Leader to join the Kitsilano store in Vancouver. As a key member of the leadership team you will help maximise sales while delivering an exceptional guest experience and supporting a passionate retail crew.

Key responsibilities

• Drive store sales by providing knowledgeable, personalized eyewear advice to customers.
• Lead and motivate the team to ensure consistent, high‑quality service and achievement of monthly bonus targets.
• Maintain product knowledge and visual standards, and contribute to achieving store goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years retail experience with progressive responsibility.
• Strong communication, organisation and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to inspire teammates, embrace challenges and continuously improve both self and store performance.
