About the role
We are looking for a Fleet Supervisor to oversee our trucking operations, coordinate activities, and improve productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare production and other reports.
- Recommend measures to improve work methods, productivity and product quality.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice.
- Supervise workers and projects, coordinate repairs and rentals.
- Train staff or arrange training, coordinate and schedule activities.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of experience in trucking.
- Ability to work under pressure and excellent communication skills.
