Fire Sprinkler System Sales Specialist

About the role

The Fire Sprinkler System Sales Specialist will support existing customers and attract new commercial clients, focusing on sprinkler system deficiencies, repairs, expansions and upgrades. You will generate leads, qualify prospects and manage sales opportunities for fire protection products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Establish contact with prospects, schedule sales calls and provide quotes.
• Handle sales opportunities for small contract repairs, complex deficiencies and upfit projects involving fire pumps, backflows, compressors, etc.
• Monitor bid and tender websites for upfit opportunities.
• Manage assigned customer accounts and ensure all fire protection service requirements are met.
• Prepare professional quotes and deliver tailored solutions.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and maintain solid product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure seamless handling of opportunities.
• Pass leads to Security, Fire Alarm and Service departments as required.
• Complete paperwork for new customers and jobs in line with company policy.
• Update client information in the company database.
• Communicate regularly with the Service Sales and Operations Manager.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of proven sales experience in a commercial environment.
• Technical expertise related to fire sprinkler system design and related equipment.
