Financial Advisor – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that assist finance professionals. You will use your finance expertise to review AI responses, test complex scenarios, and provide structured feedback that improves model accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Design and present diverse, real‑world financial problems to test AI reasoning.
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, logical consistency, and performance.
• Document clear, actionable feedback for each model iteration.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Professional experience as a financial advisor or similar finance role.
• Advanced degree (MBA or higher) preferred; Master’s/PhD acceptable but not required.
• Resident of Canada.
