Field Service Sales Representative

About the role

FixOne is seeking a motivated Field Service Sales Representative to join its home and emergency services team. The role combines customer service, sales, technical understanding and hands‑on field work, primarily serving residential and commercial clients in Ontario, Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in French and English, attend service calls and assess needs.
• Explain technical issues, recommend repairs and present pricing and service options.
• Sell additional services, handle emergency and scheduled calls, and perform basic hands‑on technical work.
• Work with locksmith, doors & windows, garage doors and other home‑service solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for upgrades or replacements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, technical sales or field service (construction, maintenance, automotive, locksmithing, etc.).
• Confident communicator, able to explain technical problems in simple terms.
• Comfortable discussing and negotiating prices, working independently in the field.
• Responsible, reliable, professionally presented with a valid driver’s licence.
• Fluent in French with good working knowledge of English.
