Field Quality Manager

About the role

The Field Quality Manager will work closely with Nissan and Infiniti dealers across the Atlantic provinces and Quebec City to identify and resolve vehicle quality issues. You will translate customer feedback and technical data into actionable reports that help improve product quality and brand perception throughout Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Partner daily with dealers to uncover quality concerns and gather customer insights.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports that combine field data, benchmark information, and engineering analysis.
• Support the NCI Field Quality Investigations team by coordinating vehicle testing and validating corrective actions.
• Maintain strong relationships with key dealers and communicate findings to engineering and product teams.
• Travel to dealer locations as needed for on‑site evaluations.

Required profile

• Bilingual in French and English.
• Reside in the Atlantic region or Quebec City.
• Red Seal Automotive Service Technician certification.
• Minimum 7 years of automotive experience, preferably with OEMs or dealership service departments.
• Self‑motivated with strong interpersonal, time‑management, and flexibility skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office for data analysis and presentation.
