About the role
The Fashion Associate role at Walmart Canada supports the fashion department by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining merchandise standards, and ensuring a clean, safe shopping environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast‑paced retail work and want to develop merchandising skills.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers politely, promote products, locate merchandise, and assist with purchase decisions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard‑free work area, completing safety sweep logs and securing displays.
- Process and stock all fashion merchandise on the sales floor.
- Keep the sales floor tidy and presentable for shoppers.
- Merchandise non‑modular fashion items according to planograms.
- Ensure proper fixtures and supplies are used and replace them when needed.
- Apply correct signage as dictated by modular guidelines.
- Replenish and merchandise seasonal items promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- Walmart will accommodate disability‑related needs as required by law.
