About the role

As a Fashion Associate at Walmart Canada in Quebec City, you will be the front‑line representative for the fashion department, delivering friendly service while keeping the sales floor organized and attractive. This full‑time position offers the chance to develop retail skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously and assist them in locating products, promoting items, and completing purchases.
• Process and stock all fashion merchandise, ensuring accurate placement and inventory.
• Maintain clean, safe, and hazard‑free work areas, following company safety policies.
• Merchandise non‑modular fashion items and ensure signage matches the modular plan.
• Replenish and arrange seasonal merchandise promptly.
• Secure fixtures and displays, performing safety sweeps and reporting issues.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Ability to work in a team and follow operational procedures.
• Commitment to a safe and tidy store environment.

Required skills

• Basic ability to handle inventory and stock replenishment.
