About the role
Working as a Fashion Associate at Walmart Canada offers an opportunity to develop retail and customer‑service skills in a fast‑paced environment. You will be responsible for processing, stocking and presenting fashion merchandise while ensuring a clean, safe shopping area for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers politely, assist with product location, promotions and purchase decisions, and resolve issues.
- Maintain a safe, clean, hazard‑free work environment by following company policies, completing safety logs and securing displays.
- Process and stock all fashion merchandise according to planograms.
- Keep the sales floor tidy and organized for an optimal customer experience.
- Merchandise non‑modular fashion items and ensure proper signage is used.
- Replace fixtures and supplies as needed to maintain presentation standards.
- Replenish and arrange seasonal merchandise promptly.
- Support team planning and execution of daily and seasonal tasks.
