About the role

We are looking for a compassionate family caregiver to provide in‑home support for adults and elderly clients in Montréal. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring safety, and fostering a comfortable environment. Flexible shift or on‑call work may be required.

Key responsibilities

Administer prescribed medications and monitor health status.
Assist clients with bathing, personal hygiene, and dressing.
Support regular exercise such as walking.
Perform light housekeeping, cleaning, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and emotional support.

Required profile

Reliable, punctual, and patient with strong oral communication.
Dependable, organized, and flexible to adapt to client needs.
Willing to undergo a criminal record check and provide references.
Physically capable of sitting, standing, walking and handling repetitive tasks.
