Factory Helper – Packaging & Production

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Factory Helper to join our packaging team at Smack Pet Food Inc. in Winnipeg. You will support the production line by handling materials, assisting operators, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Check and weigh materials and finished products.
• Sort, pack, crate, and package items for shipment.
• Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers as needed.
• Clean machines and immediate work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks, heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong punctuality, dependability, flexibility, initiative, reliability, and teamwork.
• Capacity to handle a large workload and work under pressure.
