About the role
Join Smack Pet Food Inc. as a Factory Helper in our Winnipeg packaging facility. You will support daily production by handling materials, assisting operators, and maintaining a clean work environment. This entry‑level position offers on‑the‑job training and a fast‑paced team atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Check and weigh materials and products.
- Sort, pack, crate and package materials and products.
- Assist machine operators, assemblers and other workers.
- Clean machines and immediate work areas.
Required profile
- Punctual, dependable and flexible.
- Initiative‑driven team player who can work independently.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
