Working closely with the Senior Manager, you will be the backbone of our store operations, ensuring seamless functionality and excellence across your assigned zone.

Missions principales

• Execute both emergency and non-emergency repairs to maintain high-end store standards.
• Implement and follow scheduled preventive maintenance programs to ensure long-term facility health.
• Manage maintenance requests and coordinate repairs within established budgets and timelines.
• Handle administrative tasks including weekly invoice consolidation and purchase order management.
• Monitor and ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all maintenance activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for maintenance-related inquiries within your zone.

Profil recherché

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in facilities maintenance or a similar technical role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Highly organized professional with excellent time management skills.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Competences requises

• Technical proficiency in HVAC, basic electricity, and plumbing.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with project management tools such as SmartSheet.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
