Facilities Maintenance Technician

About the role

Join lululemon’s Global Distribution Center Support team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician. You will help keep the DC’s physical infrastructure safe, functional, and efficient, supporting the company’s commitment to a healthy, thriving workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Facilities Supervisor to execute scheduled and preventative maintenance using the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Conduct monthly safety and equipment inspections, and respond immediately to emergencies.
• Assemble and install material‑handling equipment such as drive motors, gearboxes, belts, conveyors, and platforms.
• Perform daily perimeter and grounds inspections, handling general repairs and clean‑up.
• Address equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Participate in technical training, personal development, and team‑building activities as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in facilities maintenance, manufacturing, mechanical trade, or general contracting.
• Proficiency with power tools, ground‑maintenance equipment, electrical, masonry, plumbing, carpentry, paints, solvents, adhesives, and PIT equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb frequently and maintain a safe work environment.
• Flexible schedule – nights, holidays, weekends, occasional overtime, and a minimum 40‑hour work week.
• Strong attendance record and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook.
• Fluent English reading, speaking, and comprehension; bilingual candidates are encouraged.
