Experienced Video Editor for Short & Long Form Content

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Video Editor to join AdVerse Production remotely. You will work on a mix of short‑form social media clips and longer cinematic or corporate videos for a variety of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media channels.
• Produce long‑form videos including interviews, corporate presentations, promotional pieces, and branded content.
• Apply professional color correction and grading to ensure visual consistency.
• Select and integrate appropriate music, sound effects, transitions, graphics, and other visual elements.
• Deliver polished, client‑ready videos within required deadlines and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to brand guidelines and creative direction.
• Maintain strong pacing, storytelling, and viewer retention across all edits.

Required profile

• Previous professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio showcasing both short‑form and long‑form work.
• Ability to edit a variety of styles, from fast‑paced social media clips to cinematic corporate videos.
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, sound design, transitions, and visual composition.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Reliable availability and capacity to handle multiple client projects independently.
