Experienced Level 3 Ski & Snowboard Instructor

About the role

Castle Mountain Resort is seeking experienced Level 3 ski and snowboard instructors to deliver high‑quality lessons to guests of all ages and abilities. This full‑time, on‑site position involves planning, coaching, and ensuring a safe, enjoyable mountain experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver group and private ski/snowboard lessons.
• Assess guest skill levels and tailor instruction to promote progression.
• Model exemplary technique and reinforce lift and terrain safety.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback on the snow.
• Maintain a professional presence in all guest interactions.
• Assist with staff training, special programs, and resort events.

Required profile

• Current Level 3 certification (or international equivalent) in ski or snowboard instruction.
• Advanced technical skiing or riding ability.
• Proven experience teaching a wide range of ages and skill levels.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service focus.
• Strong knowledge of mountain safety, risk management, and lift etiquette.
• Ability to work outdoors in winter conditions and collaborate within a team.
