About the role
We are seeking a skilled bricklayer to join our construction team in Winnipeg. The role involves working on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring high‑quality masonry work.
Key responsibilities
- Estimate materials, tools and equipment required for projects.
- Lay bricks, stone or similar materials to provide veneer facing.
- Read sketches and blueprints to calculate material requirements.
- Work at heights on scaffolding or swing stages.
- Cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks to specification using hand and power tools.
- Construct residential or commercial chimneys and fireplaces.
Required profile
- Physically demanding work with heavy loads, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching and kneeling.
- Valid driver’s licence, own vehicle and personal safety equipment (steel‑toed boots, gloves).
