About the role
Our client, a fast‑moving founder‑led company, is seeking an Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to the Chief Executive Officer. This high‑impact, high‑trust position sits at the centre of the business, ensuring the CEO can focus on strategic priorities while day‑to‑day operations run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Own the CEO’s calendar end‑to‑end, prioritising, protecting and optimising time across multiple time zones.
- Plan and book domestic and international travel, creating detailed itineraries and handling last‑minute changes.
- Draft and manage communications on behalf of the CEO, prepare decks, briefing notes, agendas and meeting materials.
- Track action items, follow up with stakeholders and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Oversee office operations including supplies, vendors, facilities and day‑to‑day admin.
- Support onboarding of new team members and coordinate internal events.
- Identify operational gaps and implement improvements.
Required profile
- 3–6+ years of executive assistant experience supporting a C‑suite executive, founder or CEO.
- Background in a startup, scale‑up or fast‑growth environment.
- Exceptionally organised with sharp attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
