About the role
McGill University’s Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics is seeking reliable individuals to serve as invigilators for the PHAR 300 Drug Action mid‑term exams in the fall of 2026. You will work on two exam evenings, ensuring a smooth, secure, and fair testing environment for students.
Key responsibilities
- Set up the examination room according to provided instructions.
- Verify student identity by checking and collecting ID cards.
- Monitor the exam, enforce rules, and address any issues promptly.
- Return McGill IDs to students after the exam.
- Collect, count, and secure completed exam papers.
Required profile
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently under pressure.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada and willingness to work on the McGill campus in Quebec.
