Events Manager

About the role

The Events Manager will oversee the planning and execution of property events, ensuring a seamless experience from sales to service and back to sales. This full‑time position works closely with sales teams, property departments, and clients to deliver high‑quality events.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate event logistics and operations, following established procedures and collaborating with internal teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the pre‑event, event, and post‑event phases.
• Manage group room blocks, meeting space allocations, and billing accuracy, reviewing invoices with clients before final processing.
• Identify operational challenges, develop solutions, and integrate current event‑management trends.
• Liaise between field salespersons and customers, participate in site inspections, and support the sales process as needed.
• Gather feedback from property departments to continuously improve the event planning experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of event‑management experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
