ERP Project Coordinator – 2-Year Contract

About the role

Ontario Northland Transportation Commission is looking for an ERP Project Coordinator to support the implementation of its enterprise resource planning system. This is a two‑year contract position based in North Bay, reporting to the ERP Program Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Assist ERP Program and Project Managers in tracking milestones, deliverables, and dependencies while adhering to PMO standards.
• Maintain centralized documentation repositories (SharePoint, Jira, Teams) and ensure version control for schedules, RAID logs, status reports, change requests, lessons learned, and stakeholder registers.
• Schedule and facilitate cross‑functional meetings, workshops, and training sessions; prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Update the integrated project plan and calendar, monitor task completion across workstreams, and flag outstanding actions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project inquiries, escalating issues as needed.
• Prepare weekly and bi‑weekly status updates, dashboards, and executive‑level presentations for steering committees.
• Track risks and issues, maintain a risk log, and support timely escalation and resolution.
• Assist with resource allocation, forecasting, and capacity planning for ERP initiatives.
