ERP Data Specialist – 6-Month Contract

About the role

BinSentry is looking for a Data Steward to drive its ERP implementation forward. You will own data integrity during migration into NetSuite and ensure master and financial data are clean, accurate, and trustworthy from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, cleanse, validate, and reconcile master data (customers, vendors, items, chart of accounts) and financial data before migration into NetSuite.
• Design and document repeatable data‑quality processes, governance rules, and ownership structures for post‑go‑live maintenance.
• Verify migrated data against source systems, resolve discrepancies, and support user‑acceptance testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience with ERP implementations, preferably as a data lead, steward, or migration analyst.
• Strong data‑cleansing, validation, and reconciliation abilities with large data sets.
• Solid understanding of master data and financial/accounting structures (GL, AP, AR, chart of accounts).
• Experience defining data‑governance and data‑quality processes.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and independent‑working skills.
