Epoxy Floor Installer

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Epoxy Floor Installer to join our team in Rocanville, SK. The role involves preparing and installing epoxy flooring systems for commercial and industrial clients, ensuring high‑quality finishes and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Vacuum and clean floors prior to coating.
• Mix epoxy compounds according to specifications.
• Operate shotblaster and grinding machines to prepare substrate.
• Apply epoxy coatings and perform finishing work.
• Maintain tools and equipment, including safety boots and gloves.
• Travel to job sites as required, using personal or company‑provided vehicle.

Required profile

• Physical ability to handle heavy loads, bend, crouch and kneel for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record.
• Basic security clearance and willingness to undergo criminal record check.
• Client‑focused attitude with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Organised, good judgement and ability to work on‑call or shift schedules.

Required skills

• Operation of a shotblaster.
• Operation of a grinding machine.
• Floor vacuuming and surface preparation.
