Epic Clinical Certified Senior Analyst / Consultant – Team Lead

About the role

Accenture’s Advanced Technology Centers are seeking an experienced Epic Clinical Certified Senior Analyst or Consultant to lead client engagements, bridge business needs with technology solutions, and drive successful Epic Clinical implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Document current state business workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in designing new business workflows aligned with client objectives.
• Define detailed product requirements and use cases for Epic Clinical modules.
• Contribute to high‑level functional specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and analysts to set metrics and performance goals.
• Facilitate transition of requirements to ensure clear understanding across teams.
• Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results for functional, performance, and user‑acceptance testing.
• Participate in quality reviews to verify that deliverables meet defined requirements.
• Support system configuration, integration setup, and related testing activities.
• Act as liaison between the client’s Epic team and Accenture technical leads to align data structures, workflows, and technology capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Epic Clinical Certified Senior Analyst, Consultant, or Team Lead.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage client relationships.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
