Emergency Medicine Expert – AI Model Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking board‑certified Emergency Medicine physicians and final‑year residents to help shape the next generation of AI systems for acute care. This remote, asynchronous engagement involves creating realistic clinical prompts, reviewing AI‑generated responses, and providing expert feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Design clinically realistic scenarios covering triage, undifferentiated complaints, resuscitation, procedural sedation, and disposition decisions.
• Write “golden” reference answers at attending‑level quality.
• Grade AI‑generated responses against structured rubrics.
• Provide written feedback to improve model behavior.
• Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions.

Required profile

• Board‑certified Emergency Medicine attending with an active, unrestricted medical license, or a final‑year resident (board‑eligible if recently graduated).
• Fellows must be board‑certified/board‑eligible in their primary specialty with a current license.
