Elevated Keyholder – Boardwalk

About the role

Join Lindt as an Elevated Keyholder on the Boardwalk location, providing leadership and operational support to ensure smooth daily store activities and exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty, opening and closing the store and holding the key when management is absent.
• Coach and coordinate team members to meet daily sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and support in‑store activations and cleanliness.
• Welcome customers, answer product questions, handle returns and resolve concerns professionally.
• Identify B2B opportunities and coordinate corporate gifting orders.
• Prepare sales performance reports, manage staff schedules and place product orders to keep inventory optimal.
• Uphold health and safety standards and support a strong H&S culture.
• Handle cash, prepare daily bank deposits and manage cash drawer.

Required profile

• Proven retail sales or customer‑facing experience, preferably with key‑holder or team‑leadership duties.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to drive sales.
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash.
• Familiarity with inventory control, visual standards and overall store operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to multitask during busy periods.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A genuine passion for chocolate.
