Electrical Construction Project Manager

About the role

The Electrical Construction Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of electrical infrastructure for transit stations within a progressive design‑build environment. You will ensure that power distribution, emergency power, lighting, grounding, communications and traction power systems are fully integrated with the overall rail and systems architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate technical design, construction and commissioning of station electrical systems.
• Integrate electrical solutions with Stations, Rail & Systems (SRS), Traction Power Substations (TPSS) and Advanced Train Control (ATC) interfaces.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with Canadian electrical codes and project specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing electrical construction projects, preferably in rail or transit infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of design‑build delivery methods.
• Leadership and communication skills to guide multidisciplinary teams.
• Relevant engineering degree (electrical, civil or related).
